No, we can conduct the meetings via Zoom. We will discuss what information you can provide in advance of the meeting.
We will do our best to provide you with as many resources as possible towards finding the answers you seek. New records are being released every day and what may not be available today may be available in the near future.
GEDCOMs are recommended or backup copies of from your existing software. If you have paper copies on a specific genealogical line, please bring those to your initial meeting.
Our current research language is English. We can provide you with resources for finding genealogists who specialize in foreign languages. Direct word translations allow for misinterpretation and we want our clients to work with experts in the language of their ancestors.

Rachel, she took all of our photos and with her team she organized them, she put them on a hard drive for us as well as on a website, so we had two different ways to have our photos saved. I highly recommend Rachel, if you feel overwhelmed with all your photos.
